This is the basic Node.js task board. It stores tasks in memory, so a restart restores the three starter tasks. Create an app from the public nodejs-task-board repository and choose its main branch. Set the build root to a period, which means the repository root, and choose Development. In advanced build settings, select Railpack. Leave install and build commands empty, and set the start command to npm start. Import the detected variable names. Set PORT to 3000. Keep DEMO_READ_ONLY false while you test edits. Select Deploy Application and follow the build log while Resilis builds the app. The captured deployment completed successfully in 59 seconds. Open the live task board, add Deploy my first app, and choose Add task. Move the new task to Doing. The captured board shows it in that column. Check the app overview for Running and the live URL. Use the URL from your own app. Restart the app from its overview. The added task disappears and the three starter tasks return because storage is in memory. Before sharing a hosted demo, set DEMO_READ_ONLY to true, apply it with a rebuild, and verify that write requests are rejected.
