Acceptable Use Policy

Do not use the Services for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, threats, abuse, rights violations, distribution of malware, or content that is defamatory, deceptive, hateful, obscene, or intended to cause harm.

Do not probe, scan, attack, disrupt, overload, bypass, or interfere with the Services, connected networks, or another user’s account. Do not steal credentials, impersonate a person, create accounts under false information, or defeat access controls.

Do not upload content that you do not have the right to use. Do not use the Services for spam, unauthorized data collection, scraping, competing services, resource exhaustion, or automated activity that the service configuration does not support.

Public search engines and AI agents may fetch and index public marketing pages and documentation in accordance with robots.txt and reasonable request rates. This does not authorize private-data collection, authenticated API access, or bypassing security controls. Do not use managed data, backups, restore operations, agents, or MCP operations to bypass authorization or to perform a destructive action without the required approval.

Resilis may investigate suspected violations, limit or remove affected content, suspend access, report unlawful conduct, or take other action needed to protect the Services and users. Notice may not be possible when immediate action is needed for security or legal reasons.
