Privacy Notice

We may collect names, email addresses, job titles, usernames, passwords, contact preferences, authentication data, billing addresses, and payment information that you provide. Stripe stores payment data as the payment processor.

We also collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, operating system, language, referring URL, country, location, and information about how and when you use the Services. Customer application content may also contain personal information, including sensitive information that the customer chooses to process. Customers are responsible for the lawful collection and use of that content and for checking that the selected service is suitable for it.

We use personal information to create and secure accounts, provide and support the Services, manage billing, protect against fraud and abuse, understand service use, communicate with you, enforce our terms, respond to legal requests, and comply with law.

Where applicable, we rely on consent, contract performance, legitimate interests, or legal obligations. Marketing and advertising choices depend on the current service configuration and applicable law.

We use service providers for defined purposes: Cloudflare for website delivery, edge protection, and Web Analytics, Google Fonts for externally loaded typefaces, Resend for account email, and Stripe for payment processing. The data each provider receives depends on that role. We may also disclose information as required by law or in connection with a business transfer. The Services may use third-party login or connected services. Those providers control their own processing under their own notices.

Resilis-operated services, edge delivery providers, and customer-selected infrastructure can process data in different locations. Your selected external data, storage, or compute provider controls its own service locations. International transfers may occur; applicable safeguards and location commitments depend on the service, your location, the relevant agreement, and applicable law.

We use appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. Internet transmission is not completely secure, so you must use a secure environment when you access the Services.

No purpose described in this Notice requires keeping personal information for more than three months after a user account ends, unless a longer period is required or allowed by law.

When deletion is not immediately possible, such as in a backup archive, Resilis will securely store and isolate the information until deletion is possible. Customer application data handled under a DPA or service order may have separate service-specific terms.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to some processing. Where applicable, you may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing and complain to the relevant data-protection supervisory authority. California and EEA rights can include additional choices under local law.

The Services are for people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 18.

We may update this Notice. The revised date will identify the current version, and we may provide additional notice for material changes.
